Do you always want to try out the latest gadgets? Do you like helping other people? Are you naturally inquisitive? Reach Credit Union has a rare opportunity for you to join our tight knit team of eService professionals! This is a demanding cross-functional role, heavily member facing, but also with myriad back-end processing requirements. Your primary job would be to answer member questions, promptly resolve member issues and educate members in use of our eService offerings. In meeting member needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Credit Union as a whole, there are also several back-end processes and tasks that must be performed daily related to RDC, ACH, ATMs, and other eService channels. Ideally, we would like the position to be based out of our Menlo Park, CA office, or our Fuquay-Varina, NC office, but we encourage strong candidates from other regions of the country to apply. The hours* are Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific. Please note, whatever time zone you are in: due to member service coverage needs, the hours typically will correspond to the hours of business in the Pacific Time zone. *Hours are assigned and are subject to periodic change at management discretion.
